She is fed up with all of them…
Recently during “The View,” Meghan McCain stated that her cohosts were forcing her to stand by Trump’s side because of their idiotic comments.
McCain was talking about how hypocritical it was for people to be for protests, but against Trump restarting his campaign rallies.
She said, “I don’t think anyone should be in giant rallies right now because we’ve been told by medical experts that it’s not safe, but the message from the media is as long as you are protesting something or going to a rally that is of the right politics you can do it and we’re going to ignore the spread of COVID. So going to a Trump rally is somehow much more dangerous than going to a rally in Brooklyn over the weekend.”
McCain also adds, “I’m no Trump fan. Everybody knows that. But you make me defend him when you say things like, ‘he wants people to die, he doesn’t care about public health’ when at the same time there’s a huge controversy in New York City with nursing homes that affected one of my best friends in the world very personally. So let’s be careful with our rhetoric.”
“I still can’t buy a crib for my child in person. And there are people that are out protesting everywhere and going to Trump rallies and all I’m saying is it’s confusing … I don’t understand some of the mixed messaging that’s happening and there are a lot of Americans right now who are on the same page as I am.”
Seems like liberals are fine with protesting, but when it comes to Trump rallies, they don’t want people to go because the coronavirus could spread further. It does seem very hypocritical.
