Harvard Law School professor Laurence Tribe claimed that if there is election fraud or debate over who actually won the presidency between Joe Biden and President Trump in November, Pelosi will take over on Jan 20th, 2021 if a winner is not selected.
According to the Washington Examiner, “They’re trying to make it look chaotic, but there is a fail-safe mechanism built into the Constitution itself. And that is no matter how much dust [Trump] throws into the gears, at high noon on Jan. 20, 2021, if there has not been a new president elected, at that point, Nancy Pelosi, speaker of the House, becomes president of the United States,” Tribe said.

What if the dems appear to lose the house? Nancy would lose her position and therefore wouldn’t be able to step in as President just as Donald Trump should remain as POTUS until it was all sorted out.
The ONLY place piglosi should be, is removed from the house for tearing up the SOTU speech that was a federal document she willfully destroyed in front of the whole country (and world). BY LAW, she should have been removed, arrested, fined, and never allowed to ever hold public office again.
