Their marriage just has to workout.
Rather than making sappy speeches about love or fist pumping on the dance floor to a pulsating club jam, a brawny bride and groom opted to pump massive iron at their unconventional wedding reception.
“When you both meet at the gym,” read the caption of a trending Twitter clip, which racked up a beefy 6.6 million views.
In the viral video, the newlyweds — who, per their dance floor monogram, are named Luis and Angie — were still clad in their wedding-white regalia as they hoisted barbells up and down during their post-nuptials party.
Wedding guests excitedly yelped and waved dinner napkins in the air as the happy, hunky honeys did deadlifts and squats while facing one another.
However, while the shredded sweethearts appeared to enjoy their stunt, social media side-liners were unimpressed with the powerlifting pair’s display.
“[If] any of my boys try this at their wedding, I’m going home,” one cyber cynic tweeted.
“I would at least change out of my dress first, especially since most wedding dresses are expensive,” argued another.
Others joked that the health-conscious couple would likely serve their guests bland food after subjecting them to their sweaty showcase.
“[They’re serving] boiled chicken breast, broccoli and rice. No seasoning just lemon,” teased a Twitter user. Another wise-cracked that their wedding caked was made out of “protein powder.”

But on TikTok, where the same clip was shared by ESPN, commenters were much more in favor of the fit pair’s flavor.
“What an optimal wedding,” wrote a fan.
“If this ain’t my wedding I don’t want it,” asserted another.
And other snapped that their wedding day exercise could ruin their wedding night fun.
“My back would hurt too much to commence to the honeymoon,” a viewer kidded.
