TikTok creator Ezequiel, who posts under the name “Ogreto,” is no stranger to body modification.
However, the TikTok user — who also sports a forked tongue and stretched earlobe — has now baffled followers with his decision to surgically remove his belly button, seemingly going for a look that evokes the lead character from “Kyle XY.”
One clip, posted at the end of November, has over 3.2 million views with the caption, “When you think the navel is just for collecting dirt,” and several images of his modified belly button.
The 24-second video includes a series of clips showing the evolution of the Argentinian TikToker’s belly button, from still intact to non-existent post-surgery.
Ogreto also posted a follow-up video, showing his healing wounds to inquisitive followers.

The belly button is the area on the stomach where a person’s umbilical cord was once attached. According to Healthline, navels can collect dirt and breed bacteria and should be cleaned once a week.
“I will post a second part — I will show you a preview,” he shared on a clip. “That is, the stitches have already healed; I just need to remove them.”
Many users questioned why the Tiktoker opted for the bizarre modification, with the only reason Ogreto giving as that it would “collect dirt” — seemingly further confusing followers.
“Now they’re going to think you’re a clone,” offered one viewer whose comment was originally in Spanish, while another joked: “his mother’s subconscious: *a device has been disconnected*.”
One commenter summed up his action simply, “The graphic definition of ‘I did it because I was bored.’ “
“God people, the question is not why, the question is why not,” joked another.
